Q: Why should hotels, restaurants, and homeowners in Malaysia buy directly from a furniture manufacturer like Urban Maisons?
Buying directly from a local furniture manufacturer gives you access to 5-star resort-grade quality at factory-direct prices without middleman retail markups. Whether you are outfitting an indoor restaurant dining hall, a hotel pool deck, or a private home terrace, sourcing directly allows you to fully customize frame finishes, fabric colors, and dimensions while benefiting from local quality control, long-term warranty coverage, and lifetime after-sales support across Malaysia.

Q: Do you manufacture both indoor and outdoor furniture using solid teak and other wood species?
Yes, we specialize in crafting premium indoor and outdoor furniture using high-grade, sustainably sourced solid woods. While solid teak wood is our primary choice for outdoor spaces—thanks to its natural resistance to tropical moisture, decay, and weather—we also manufacture using other high-quality solid woods such as Acacia, European Ash wood, and Mahogany. This diverse wood selection allows us to create custom indoor dining sets, living room accent pieces, hotel guest rooms, resort pool decks, and private garden furniture tailored to your exact design and budget requirements.
Q: Can restaurant owners and hotel procurement managers customize furniture dimensions and fabric colors?
Absolutely. As direct furniture manufacturers, we provide end-to-end customization for commercial B2B projects and residential clients alike. You can specify exact dimensions, choose custom powder-coating colors for metal frames, select custom teak finishes, and choose from high-performance, fade-resistant indoor and outdoor upholstery fabrics (such as Sunbrella and Sunproof) with no additional charges for custom color selections.

Q: Do you offer bulk contract ordering and delivery to locations like Johor, Penang, Langkawi, and Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, we cater to both individual residential orders and large-scale bulk contract orders for hotels, resorts, commercial developments, and restaurant chains. We provide nationwide white-glove delivery and on-site assembly service across all major regions in Malaysia—including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor, Langkawi, and Desaru Coast—ensuring your furniture is delivered, assembled, and set up safely on your property.
