A: A manufacturer. Every dining chair and table is built by our 50+ craftsmen in our own 4,000 sqm workshop in Jepara, Indonesia, then shipped to our hub in Selangor. You buy at factory price, with no showroom or middleman markup.
Q: Can you make a dining set to my own design?
A: Send us a sketch, photo or technical drawing and we will build it. We make one-off pieces for homes as well as full custom collections for restaurants and hotels. For designers and brands, we are happy to sign an NDA before design work begins.
Q: Which wood can I choose for my dining table?
A: Tabletops are available in solid teak, European ash and acacia. Teak suits busy restaurants and humid spaces, ash gives a lighter Scandinavian look, and acacia is a strong option at a lower price.
Q: What table sizes and base options are available?
A: Any size. Tell us how many people you need to seat, or give us your room measurements, and we will build to fit, in round, square, rectangular or oval. Bases come as solid wood legs, a pedestal, or metal legs in mild steel or stainless steel, powder-coated in any colour.
Q: Which stains, fabrics and leathers can I choose for the chairs?
A: You pick the wood stain to match your floor or interior, then the seat: fabric, synthetic leather, genuine leather, rattan or cane. Synthetic leather is popular with restaurants because it wipes clean, while genuine leather and fabric suit homes and fine dining.
Q: Do you supply restaurants and cafés in bulk?
A: We furnish restaurants, cafés and F&B chains across Malaysia, from a single outlet to multiple branches. Bulk quotes for standard items go out the same day, and we can match chairs you bought from us before when you expand or reorder.
Q: Do you furnish hotel restaurants and banquet areas?
A: Hotels are among our main clients, including The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi and The Datai Langkawi. Every item we supply is coded, so when a seat wears out you reorder just the cover or insert, with no minimum order on replacement pieces.
Q: Do you deliver and install across Malaysia?
A: We deliver anywhere in Malaysia, with white-glove delivery and installation. That includes Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, Langkawi, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuantan and Melaka, as well as Sabah and Sarawak. Most custom orders take 6 to 10 weeks to make, and we confirm your delivery date when you order.
