Frequently Asked Questions About Outdoor
Q: Why should we buy direct from an outdoor furniture manufacturer in Malaysia like Urban Maisons?
Buying directly from an outdoor furniture manufacturer gives you full customization flexibility, factory-direct pricing, and guaranteed quality control. Whether you are an interior designer outfitting a luxury hotel or a homeowner seeking long-lasting patio furniture, working directly with us eliminates middleman markups, gives you access to custom fabric colors and sizing, and ensures lifetime after-sales support and spare parts availability.
Q: Do you manufacture contract furniture for commercial projects, hotels, and resorts?
Yes! We specialize in manufacturing commercial-grade contract outdoor furniture for hotels, resorts, VIP beach clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, and condominium developments across Malaysia. Our furniture is engineered to commercial durability standards—featuring weather-resistant teak wood, powder-coated aluminum, high-density quick-dry foam, and fade-proof Sunbrella or Sunproof fabrics designed for heavy daily use in tropical climates.
Q: Can homeowners purchase directly from your factory for residential spaces?
Absolutely. While we fulfill large B2B commercial contract orders, homeowners can also purchase top-quality designer outdoor furniture direct from our manufacturing facility. You get access to the exact same 5-star resort-grade quality, custom material colors, and white-glove delivery right to your home.
Q: Can you manufacture custom outdoor furniture designs for specific project requirements?
Yes. Being direct manufacturers, we are not dependent on external suppliers. If you have a specific design specification, architectural drawing, or need custom-built sun loungers, outdoor dining sets, benches, or cabanas to match existing property aesthetics, we can manufacture custom pieces even for small quantities or 1-piece orders.
Q: Do you handle delivery and installation for projects across Malaysia?
Yes, we provide nationwide white-glove delivery and on-site assembly for both residential and commercial projects. We regularly service major hospitality hubs and urban centers across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, Langkawi, and Desaru Coast. All of our products are backed by a 1-year warranty and long-term on-site servicing support.
Q: As a homeowner, can I customize an Urban Maisons furniture model and choose my own colors?
Yes, absolutely! Even for residential orders, you can customize our existing models and select your preferred fabric colors, frame finishes, or teak wood tones to perfectly match your home’s aesthetic. Because you are buying directly from us as the manufacturer, we offer this custom color selection with no additional charges.
Q: Do you provide installation and setup so the furniture is placed exactly where I want it?
Yes, we handle complete delivery, assembly, and placement for your home. Our professional team doesn't just drop off boxes at your door—we bring the furniture directly to your outdoor patio, balcony, garden, or pool deck, set it up according to your preferences, and ensure everything is perfectly arranged before we leave.
Q: Can Urban Maisons deliver and install outdoor furniture to my home in Johor, Penang, or Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, we deliver across all major states and cities in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Langkawi, and Desaru Coast. We offer full white-glove service upon request: our dedicated team will transport the furniture to your residence, complete the installation in your desired location, unpack all items, remove all packaging trash and debris, and leave your property spotlessly clean and ready to enjoy.
